Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
When a purchase is made through our store, your account will be updated as your order is processed. Below are the general terms used when your account is updated:
- Pending - Customer has just checked out and completed their order.
- Processing - Order has been received by the warehouse department and is being prepared for shipment.
- Order Shipped - Order has been shipped.
- Tracking Number Unavailable - Order has been shipped, but not assigned a tracking number by either Fedex or UPS.
- Tracking Number Available - Order has been shipped and a tracking number is available.
Processing Time:
Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days after payment has passed our fraud detection center. Orders purchased using a credit card could take up to three (3) business days for us to verify the payment was authorized by the credit card holder to prevent fraud.
Shipping Partners and Rates:
Customers have the choice of Fedex or UPS as their shipping method. During busy seasons we will use the
fastest service. After payment is verified, you will be provided with a
tracking number to track your order in your account. We use real-time
shipping quotes and rates from both UPS and Fedex. Customers have the
choice of the following rate times:
- Home Delivery (Regular: 3-5 business days)
- 3-Day Express (3 business days)
- 2nd Day Air (2 day)
- Overnight (next day)
Shipping Destinations:
We ONLY ship to the fifty (50) states in the U.S. including overseas U.S. military bases and territories.
Google Checkout:
- We normally update both your store account, and Google Checkout. Since Google Checkout notifies you when your order has been shipped, you will usually receive correspondence from the both of us.
- Orders purchased using Google Checkout can be reversed at anytime if Google Checkout feels they are fradulent purchases. In these cases, your order will be halted and you will have to choose an alternative method of payment. We do accept money orders ONLY by mail. Please include your name, shipping address, and the product ID for what you would like to order on the money order when mailed to us. We will process your order once payment is received. Local Austin Metroplex Customers:
Local Austin area customers including Travis, Hays, Bastrop, and Williamson counties who order online will receive free shipping and/or be able to pick up their order at our Austin location. Our online store carries a broad selection of items that are ONLY available online. These items will be available after 3 business days at our Austin location or as stated above, be shipped free of charge to your residence.
